- Refunds: Refund is only applicable after discussion with customer for strong valid reason. No Refund of more than a month is applicable.
- Late Payments: In case of late payment for monthly plan the account will be blocked from accessing services if the payment is not made in between said time. For yearly plan late payments will also result in account restrictions from services and solutions.
